I was listening to talk radio yesterday and the topic of neonazis and White supremacists came up.

I call myself pro-White, pro-Family and pro-Life. I am anti zionist, anti faggotry, and anti miscegenation.

I believe in the tenets of National Socialism and I do not mind being called a Nazi, but I do not believe I am the hateful person many people think Nazis are, so it is a term I would not use to describe myself if it is my words alone.

Also to answer your question, I just tell people I'm a "Nazi" and then answer their follow-up questions. Only negative reaction was years ago when a faggot overheard my conversation with other based coworkers and reported me to management. Noting happened other than me being made aware of it, and suddenly having a better standing with some managers.
