They try and are successful to a degree. Everyone knows that cloud seeding is a thing, so the most base level answer to your question should be easy to answer.

I think that many of us believe that they are able to control much more than they actually can.

If they were as successful at it as so many people claim, then there would never have been a need for them to change the bullshit climate alarmist narrative from “global ice age” to its polar opposite of “global warming”, and then finally to the all-encompassing, catch-all nomenclature of “climate change”…which is just a punk-ass, cop-out way of saying “now no matter what the weather does we can say we were right.”

As far as HAARP goes, it’s a relatively new thing and I’m not sure what it actually does in terms of the weather. I’ve heard everything from “it’s an earthquake machine” to “it’s a weather machine.” I know it zaps the stratosphere will like a billion volts or whatever, but I don’t know what that actually does in terms of a result.

But here’s what I do know. The Bible says that in the last days there will be all sorts of weird and anomalous shit going on, and Jesus describes it as “birth pains.” So whether it’s naturally induced as a result of sin having entered the world, and thus entropy running its due course, or man-made..I’m not sure it really matters because God said thousands of years ago it was going to happen in any case. And there’s only one escape from all of this crap, and that’s to be right with Jesus.
