Yes. It's the journey more than the destination. I am in a perpetual state of tinkering and tailoring spiritual, corporeal, mental and physical practices that make me a better father, husband, friend and man. I keep what works and shit can what does not. A half century plus of kicking around this globe of ours has revealed lessons, guideposts, signs and wonders.
