Were "they" to actually do it, sure then you might have a sliver of a point. But "they" the agents don't. Why did you conveniently ignore where I said it was automated and did so two times? They don't need to actively "do something". That stuff is already set up. Do you watch on your PC? Does your PC have an nvidia or AMD chip? Then it's all collected.
... You're still retarded as ever. They don't need to track your tv viewing habits. Your TV provider does that, be it cable, sat, internet. That information is stored by the provider and given to the NSA for free, no warrant needed.
