I only have a basic understanding, but I recognize for instance that taxes pay for such things as congressman, Israel, foreign aid, military, welfare, etc. I'm curious what effects would immediately take place and what would potentially replace those two current systems.

Does this tie into 's reply regarding Blackrock, Vanguard, and State Street then? Essentially pushing for a reset of a different kind? How would that affect US citizens ling term, considering those three companies own a HUGE portion of the market? What of the smaller companies and individual shareholders?
