I have an attorney that is also an accountant that does my taxes. I've saved 5 figures easily on various lawsuits and taxes issues throughout the years because he "made some calls". I gift him $200+ bottles of Scotch because he drinks that.

Never underestimate how connected lawyers are in your community. They know each other, they know the judges.

You want to know how I know you're lying? Lawyer don't work for $200. They work for retainers that are at least 5 times that much. If your lawyer were good it would easily be ten times that much. But you're a kike trying to fit in using voat as a means.

Oh shit I've paid him plenty just doing taxes, dealing with the IRS and multiple states, as well as two lawsuits. Buying fancy booze is nothing compared to that cost, but it's a good gift.

It's better if you have a bribed Democrat lined up. They can help you get out of trouble before trouble starts. They can also make you rich without actually doing anything. Lawyers are expensive, Democrats are cheap by comparison.

For years I paid an attorney retainer annually just to have someone just in case. It's as cheap as car insurance for a retainer usually and I typically never needed the guy, but the one time I did he saved my skin. Imagine being able to call at 2 am for representation and know you don't have to worry about how to come up with at least the first grand. Nice trust me...

EDIT: Actually since I had him on retainers for years and never needed his services, he did that as a freebie for me. It was sweet dude. I do the same with doctors. You always want to pay your doctor and your lawyer before you need them.

has the right idea. I needed a lawyer for something years ago. He was good and took care of a major issue for me. Trustworthy lawyer is like a trustworthy mechanic, doctor who gives you personal time, etc, hang on to em.

So I kept in touch and have used him over the years for some things I really could've taken care of without a lawyer, but got them done with less hassle for me for the price of a couple hours of his rate. Then when I've ran issues where I definitely did need a lawyer I've also gotten them done for a couple hours of his rate, instead of starting from scratch to try to find someone I trusted when needed and having to pay their full "off the shelf" case quote.
