The Air Fryer is the only recent invention that has truly benefitted society.
Cell phones are pretty amazing. Gps, satellite images of locations, some can even take vital signs I believe.
I grew up with rotary phones that weighed like 10lbs and looked like they could survive a direct nuclear strike.

Two years ago i could have rejected this conclusion. Now I agree. The pressure cooker/air fryer/slow cooker combos really are a nice kitchen enhancement.
We bought an air fryer a couple of years ago. Used it twice. It’s just a high energy convection oven. Doesn’t even seem that efficient. I don’t see it as a particularly awesome thing. Prove me wrong.
Yeah it's basically a smaller, faster heating convection oven. Cooks everything maybe 25% faster than a regular oven. I can reheat a whole meal in 3-5 minutes and have it taste just like I cooked it. Also can dehydrate, and my air fryer had a rotisserie in it.
