Habanero isn’t too hot and they taste way better than jalapeños. Ghost peppers are hot but 1/3 won’t be too bad in the whole mix. I’ve been using one whole fresh Carolina reaper in my quesadillas lately and those are hot but very flavorful. Maybe try them sometime too

It's a new flavor. Earthy? Don't know how to describe it. It changed the whole flavor of the chili. Pretty good. I enjoy the heat. It's all mine now, lol. I've been informed, all 5 quarts are mine.
