Does anyone else on Cox have trouble with a looping captcha effectively disabling archive sites? If I am on my mobile via wifi and cox, I can't get it to load, but if I disable wifi and hop on a Verizon tower, it immediately loads without a capcha. I'm just wondering if cox is doing something or there is an issue with my specific router combination.
