My job can have me pretty tired by the end of the days, but I think my mind is just always going. I'm not drinking as much during the week anymore. My usual aid is jet-asleep but sometimes it's hard to find. Sometimes take Benadryl. Don't like melatonin, cause it can throw off natural levels. Slept good last night, but kept waking up from fucked up dreams, so I just watch Italian political dramas. Suggestions?

Sleepy time tea or milk (contains* tryptophan, can be warm or cold but warm naturally relaxes you) Benadryl or melatonin Work out earlier in the day (if late at night, be careful with preworkout)

No screentime* 30 minutes before bed helps a lot.

Could also try meditating while lying in bed, or practice Astral projection. I like to pretend pools of water are teleports to other pools of water, so I can jump to different areas in the world. Fly around in your head and flick off the houses of the niggers in your life!

I work on pools all day. Have mixed effects with teas, sometimes get too used to them

I wonder if exposure to those chemicals messes with your brain chemistry. Probably not, not sure if chlorine has fumes though.

I'm feel immune to chlorine, cautious with acid. We had a guy pass out and nearly drown from fumes once... Also doing ponds you see some shit go down in the water industry. Missing fingers, trenches collapse on guys, etc
