I recently started reading up a lot on law and moral history. Almost all modern legal systems are based on either Roman Civil Law (France, Italy, Japan) or English Common Laws (UK, US, CA, AU, etc.). English Common law has no connection to Roman Law because all of that was lost during the dark ages and didn't get re-discovered until way later. English law is very Christian. Romans had no moral issues with infanticide or abortion. There are some Roman court cases that can be dug up, but they're mostly over abortionist charging too much (fraud). Abortion/Infanticide was not accepted at all by the Jews (and later Christians). Yep Poal, you're gonna have to eat this. The entire idea of the sanctity of life; it did come from the Christians .. and it was taken directly from Jewish culture. Very few other nations took issue with infanticide at all. Christianity was also the first major religion at the time that saw suffering as valuable and victimhood as virtue. That entire victim thing the left has going on ... it comes from Christianity (book of Job stuff) and they don't even realize it. However, in Christianity people are not equal in each others eyes ... we are only equal under God. That's what the left leaves out .. the huge gaps in our abilities that can only be viewed as equal when we see ourselves created in the image of the divine. ... oh and as far as white women and blame ... who gave the the right to vote? or own property?
