There's a possibility that in a year or two I may move to either Bowling Green, Kentucky or the area around Owensboro and Evansville, Indiana for job opportunities. Are any of these areas nice and White or are they shitholes? I might visit these places myself in a few weeks but nothing is for sure yet.

You can review the 2020 Census data (census.gov) and get an idea on what you're in for as far as demographics. Wikipedia (en.wikipedia.org) also has that sort of information.

I've move around a bunch. There are other factors involved (for me, anyway) such as tax rates (homecity.com), cost of living (smartasset.com), and crime stats (cde.ucr.cjis.gov).

If you've settled on those three cities, there must be other criteria you're already using. I've found this particular search (worldpopulationreview.com) to have been very informative.

Damn, Bowling Green is only 68% White compared to Owensboro being 81% White and Evansville being 78% White.

It's like @PoalieMcPoalFace said, if you stay out of the cities themselves you should be fine.
