Pictures - Upload to pic8.co, copy the pic8 link, paste it in your post.
Video - download from (twitter, youtube, Rumble, bitchute, etc), upload/process through vid8.poal.co, copy the vid8 URL and paste in your post.

Valid in case you want to create an album or add images in your post's content or comment.
