I don't watch "live tv" by choice, ever. My only exposure is in public if they have it bolted on the wall blaring at me. You should break the habit. It's degenerate, talmudic propaganda.
I watch some sports and I don't want pay a subscription for tv. Propaganda is everywhere buddy, I don't fall for it.
It still gets you. Visual media will program you even if you know about talmudvision.
The big one is entirely subliminal, showing you "successful" people that are engaging in behavior they want you to accept.
Humans survive by mimicking others' behavior they perceive as successful. It's your survival instinct. You can't turn it off.
If you watch it, the behaviors they are programming into your brain will become "normal" to you, whether you suddenly want to buy a Colt Python revolver (that you saw on a zombie show), or miscegenation seems to not bother you so much, etc.
If somehow you notice every single time they do this, it will be a miserable experience watching TV, basically torture.

I choose to watch something, I select it, I start it, it plays, it finishes, IT FUCKING STOPS until I give it further instructions. The only exception is queueing up multiple music tracks to play without intervention.
