I have said things like this in the past, and then get flogged by people saying "then employers could punish their employees" or "then the vote is not anonymous".
The ultimate thing that must happen is that fraudulent elections must become impossible, how that happens is up for debate, but there has to be a cheat proof way of doing it.

at some point you have to say its worth it. if someone will fire you / abuse you for your vote they are not your fellow citizens.
