Our heads are enormous compared to other animals. Women's pelvises are bigger to compensate but they can't be much bigger without compromising their ability to run. We are also born less developed than many animals, with our skull bones unfused. Being intelligent has it's downsides, which is why our brains didn't keep getting bigger and bigger until we all look like Megamind.
