I'm pretty sure you are mixing that up, babies don't receive skin flora from c-section my sister and I both have identical gut problems but that's because of childhood antibiotics, I have certain skin problems because I was born via C-section and she doesn't have those problems.

And my C-Section kid has plenty. Not the others.
