All of those states aren't cheap anymore. Well affordability is relative but they all have terrible housing and energy costs. I had an old camping buddy who got fed up with the cost of everything here in the states so the fucker pulled up his doormats, parked his camper at a generous friend's house and moved to Sri Lanka. Granted he picked a complete dump shithole but he says it's ungodly affordable (400 per month out the door) and he lives in a great spot.
