It doesn't work that way. When your days get longer (December 21st to June 21st in the Northern Hemisphere....North of the tropics) the sun rises earlier and sets later a little bit more each way, each day. When the days get shorter, you have a later sun rise and an earlier sunset; so you never get to have an earlier sunrise AND and earlier sunset, or a later sunrise AND a later sunset.
