Basically list the countries that your country is at war with. IE if you're in america, then Russia. These are the countries you go into their social media etc and do your "in minecraft" chats without "in minecraft", for their country's corruption. Regular Ruskies etc do the same in return for their' country's enemy list.

So your idea is that I undermine the Russian government, in hopes that Russian civilians will undermine the American government?

Great idea. That way, when they finally pull their "national emergency" they'll have a nice list of people who've connected to "enemy" servers, so they can round them up easily.
