I don't care when you got hair on your chest. I mean mentally. YOU'RE the grownup young ones will look to. And what was you're turning point, do you think? Ex: My stepdad, the guy with all the answers, had multiple strokes a few years back, leaving him mentally debilitated and unable to talk/take care of himself. At that point I realized I was REALLY on my own, despite living alone and doing the grownup shit already. I would suspect this is the case for many adults, but I'm curious anyhow.
