If "the right" acquired nukes (or weapons of mass destruction) and wanted to declare sovereignty and institute a simultaneous new US with unrigged elections, vetting, and an original + 10 constitution, could they not do it?

I’ve been waiting for a naval captain to pull that shit. In fact, I’m pretty surprised the US Navy as a whole hasn’t pulled a coup d’état yet. Or maybe they did and no one noticed.
