If "the right" acquired nukes (or weapons of mass destruction) and wanted to declare sovereignty and institute a simultaneous new US with unrigged elections, vetting, and an original + 10 constitution, could they not do it?

A simultaneous USA? That sounds like people taking the Bible and a bunch of people and deciding that THEY are the real Church, payeth to me the tithe, not to THAT Church!
