Because anime is awesome. Also 90% of movies are made from CGI which is pretty much a cartoon. And I concur Beserk is wild.
And anime still has good stories. Hollywood is full of shit. Literal shit smeared across a screen for two hours, and they call it a movie.
Don’t believe me? Look up the latest little mermaid and tell me you don’t see shit prominently displayed as the main focal.
Anime is honest and actually tries. They don’t drag a story along years after it should’ve ended in an attempt to milk out more money from a dumbed down herd of cattle.
They adhere to traditional values, they stick to one story line, and they are, again and above all else, good story tellers.

Some animes are still ingrained with Japanese ideals and morals which are good, but there are also a lot of corrupt animes pushing woke agendas and debauchery.
