The bajorans are essentially kikes and have their own "muh holohoax" victim complex despite them being rotten scoundrels. The Cardassians are the more interesting characters later in the series. It's easier to relate to Gul Dukat than any of those (((bajoran))) rats.

The Bajorans are portrayed as group of people with 500,000 years of recorded history but got bogged down in religious caste systems. They are pretty shitty people. If you watch some of the Kira centric episodes, they considered anyone who earned a dime while the Cardassians ran the planet to be a collaborator. They probably killed more Bajoran collaborators than actual Cardassians. They are victimized kikes but without all the grift. Early articles about the series said they based the Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan but the Bajorans and Afghanis are nothing alike.

Some of the other characters are ok. Sisko is pretty generic. Dax is jack off material for teenagers. The comic relief between Odo and Quark helps the episodes along. Garak gets tired real quick. Season 3 I think is the best season. They went all in thinking they were going to get cancelled. Worf showed up because it was DS9's "last chance" and he carried it for 4 more years.

I got the entire series from 1337x and it's a good watch.

What I truly hate is Voyager. I lost count of how many times that dumb bitch captain should have gotten her crew killed.
