Also, do you know who it is/was? If so, did you ever confront them? Littering is some basement level, subhuman behavior.

I havent seen anything so maybe they crashed and it's a coincidence. Never found who out but i assume it was done at night. I was saving them to dump on someones lawn when i found out.
