Biden made them shut down power plants because the had to keep in line with a certain % of "green power". One can understand how they didn't spend shit loads of money to make the windmills capable of working in freezing temps that almost never happens and then makes them wear faster in the texas hit weather, so they stopped. Austin runs of a nuke, one that has lots of extra capacity, yet they had to purposely shut off power so that they wouldn't be off their required % of green shit, Even though Nukes are the only actual green power..
