Nintendo duck hunter gun wasn't a choice.

Fail.

I almost put that in as a choice but they didn't have a CRT to use it.

Piloted by Adam Lanza. I think he would have done a better job with the submersible than the pilot who will be dead soon or already is for being a lazy prick and using a $50 controller. Instead of proper navigational instruments, spending money for security and technology, his company took one million dollars from a few gullible idiots that are now dead.

Murphys Law led to some new Darwin Awards.

Wait until the botched "humans on Mars" mission. Oh.. nevermind, surely nobody is stupid enough to do such an impossible task.

Hmm.. actually.. sadly I'm wrong. Most people are very, very stupid. Usually leftist libtards.

He did a round of fundraising for $18 million dollars to play with. Went with home depot tier bs.

I'm old school so I'd go with either the Gravis Gamepad Pro or a Colecovision controller because they were indestructible.

Find me an original Colecovision controller that works. I'd love to see it. Their circuits were shit, and so was the polymer used in the overlay. Both of mine needed refurbishing with aftermarket boards.

I'm pretty sure I have several of them in storage at my childhood home. I bought a bunch of them cheap on the surplus market back in the early 80s and used them on both the Colecovision and the Commodore 64. I know that me and my friends put at least a thousand hours on those controllers playing C-64 games and they never failed on us. They did destroy our palms with that stubby joystick they had but I never had to replace or repair any of them. The Intellivision controllers, on the other hand, were total shit out of the box and I didn't bother to replace them because they sucked so bad. Same with the Atari 2600 VCS joysticks.

Maybe it's the heat that accelerates their wear, like in attics or storage units. The overlay goes brittle and the contacts on the board go bad. They're fixable with patience, but it's easier to refurbish with new parts.

Regardless of your selection, if it’s wireless, I’ve got a fresh pack of coppertops in my pocket.

Tough choice vs NES Advantage and Sega Genesis

[–] 1 pt

Oh come on, the Genesis controller was utter garbage. Bad shape, buttons recessed, only four fucking buttons. The Advantage was awesome.

That's the point. But I think it did work well.

I guess you never played street fighter on Genesis and had to hit start to toggle between the buttons being used for punches and kicks.
