Major grocery chain. They made us watch all kinds of videos in lieu of a full blown meeting. Had to do 3 sexual harassment videos because the state it was in required a meeting or retraining every year. The best one was the active shooter video.

Is that where an official in a high vis vest directs employees where to run before the event goes live, and asks who would like to get dressed up by the make-up department and play a victim ?? . Lol.
No. It was a very poorly choreographed scene in what looked like a 90s dollar store. Some dude dressed like the sketches of the Unibomber walks in with a huge duffle bag that has a shotgun in it. Then it switches to the 3 "Survival" tactics. Run, Hide, or "Last Resort" of fighting back. At the end, the store told us that fighting back is not advised and may end our career with the company if we do so. I made a comment that they'd rather we die than defend ourselves. Run -hide. Yep Totally. But Last thing i would ever consider is 'sheltering in place' in the same building/ school/ business with an active shooter looking for targets - i'm out of there by all means necessary.
