I have experience with a company out of California. One of the guys there slammed his (pedal) bike into the back of a car. He was going downhill, likely over the speed limit. The car was turning right to leave the lane and took longer than expected to complete the turn. Since the guy on the bike was going too fast he couldn't stop himself in time to not crash. He flew over the car and broke himself badly when he landed on the other side. He tried suing the car because it didn't turn fast enough. These people are very real.
