My daily driver is a Apple M0115 Apple Extended Keyboard (1987 ish, came with the Mac SE), happened upon it during an auction. But I have tried several keyboards but none are the "perfect" keyboard. I doubt such a thing exists. I have fond memories of the Wyse 60 terminal keyboard as well as the IBM Model F (first keyboard I ever used). I've had a Model M a few times, always at a job and never owned it. What say the unwashed keyboard plebs?

Mechanical, only the best for elite keyboard nazis like myself
Whatever keyboard, not mechanical, cheapest one at the store.

I like the dinky $10 "amazon basics" keyboards. I have like, 6-8 computers I interact with regularly, so it's nice to have unity/balance when hopping between them. I dislike backlit keyboards and think that they're not only stupid, but annoying to use because there is "more electricity" going through the board which tbh I think I can feel over prolonged periods. Lower EMF cheapo keyboards are my go-to's for that reason as well
