Gallbladder removal should not be a common surgery that a lot of people would need to have done. I would like to see if it seems more common even among our "small" group than it ought to be. I would also like to see if it seems to be exclusively or almost exclusively females that we know who are needing theirs removed. - How many people do you know who have had to have their gallbladders removed? - How many of them are male? - How many of them are female? |For Me|| |:--|:-- |Males|0 |Females|4 Males: I asked pretty much every male I know of a vast range of ages from teens to eighties and not one of them has had to have theirs removed. Females: I have not asked all females I know, but 4 have had to have theirs removed due to degrading to single-digit functionality. --- If it seems that we all only know females who have had to have theirs removed: - Could it be related to "flu shots" that females tend to get every year due to their "doctor" (authority figure) telling them to? - Could it be related to "birth control" that females often take from a very young age just to ease their period symptoms (excessive cramping, etc.) due to their "doctor" (authority figure) telling them to? If it is a mixture of both male and female needing theirs removed, but still seems to be excessively common, what could be part of the cause? If related to diet and the non-food people have been eating for the past 3+ decades, what aspect of or additive in food could be most likely to cause destruction of the gallbladder?

Males 0
Females 4

Males: I asked pretty much every male I know of a vast range of ages from teens to eighties and not one of them has had to have theirs removed.

Females: I have not asked all females I know, but 4 have had to have theirs removed due to degrading to single-digit functionality.

An old friend of mine had his removed after about 30 years of eating like shit. The guy basically lived on fast food and soda, and it eventually caught up to him.

Only those with unhealthy lives Ive witnessed. They needed ultrassound therapy to break them down and report the biggest pain they ever felt in their lives. Like 4 males all in their 40-60s.

Should we include the deceased on this poll?

I didn't, so I voted none. Had two family members with gallbladders removed; one male, one female. Both had them removed long before I was born and both have been dead for a couple of decades.

My wife and grandmother both had theirs taken out due to gall stones. Wife never took birth control because that's for whores wife gma never took bc neither. How many flu shot they had not sure but wife didn't really take the. Until she became a nurse as it's mandated but she's had atleast 6 chicken pox Vax in last 15 years and still not immune. She had kidney cancer and got kidney removed 2 years ago so no more Vax of any kind is aloud for her

Your theory about it being predominantly female is correct, and I can tell you why:

1) Hashimoto's (hypothyroidism) is a heritable autoimmune disorder that affects 10x as many women as men. It plays merry hell with the GI tract. When its sufferers go on supplemental hormones for their underperforming thyroid, they WILL have gallbladder problems for the first 6-12 months if they eat a high fat diet. You basically have to live on salad and lean protein for a year or you're going to experience crippling gallbladder attacks and have it removed because you refused to put down the fried food.

2) High sugar diets and diabetes exacerbate gallbladder problems. Western women live on stupid quantities of sugar, ergo gallbladder removal. Male diets arent as sugar heavy because beer and pizza isnt great for you, but it's less straight sugar than mochaccinos and froo-froo drinks at the bar.

Thank you for imparting that information. I've only just begun looking into gallbladders and how they are affected by different things. Having four females close to me and all have had theirs removed seemed extremely strange to me.

Doctors encourage gallbladder removal because it's easier than beating their heads against Western diets. For much the same reason that they describe insulin rather than tell patients to eat a healthy diet...because most of their patients prefer to lose organs than give up the sin of gluttony.
