It probably relates to the climate in which they evolved. Whites (and their Neanderthal ancestors) have evolved in significantly cold climates. Cold enough that you much work together as a community to prepare for the Winter, or you will die. That resulted in the evolution of reciprocal altruism which is related to empathy. The ability to understand the needs of another, and to help them, even at an initial cost to yourself with the unwritten and unspoken understanding that that behavior would be reciprocated by them should the roles be reversed. This type of behavior is not generally required in warmer climates, where preparations for a harsh Winter are un-necessary. If something is un-necessary, it will be very unlikely to evolve.

The question would remain... what about Eskimos (or whatever the fuck the call themselves now). Well, they are a hunting based society, which is significantly different from a farming and agricultural based society. They don't rely so much on careful preparations for the Winter, as they do on being able to hunt for food and store it (conveniently in the ice). So, they are a bit of an edge case. So, I suppose you could add to the cold climate the caveat of farmers in a cold climate lead to the evolution of reciprocal altruism. The farming aspect requires a reasonable IQ, and delayed gratification. It would be hard to say what came first though, but likely an increase in IQ from Neanderthal admixture led to the development of farming practices, which lead to more stable communities that did not need (or want) to wander. As these communities expanded Northwards, they had to learn how to handle the increasingly harsh Winters, leading to the evolution of reciprocal altruism and also selecting for increased IQ (as the stupid ones froze and starved).

Reciprocal altruism will only work in the medium to long term in a homogenous society though. If you are altruistic, but your neighbor is not, initially they will reap a windfall by taking advantage of your generosity while giving back nothing. As time goes on, their lack of reciprocity will be noticed and (in a sane world), they will be cast aside and not assisted when in need. However, weak women see these freeloaders as something similar to a helpless infant and their mothering instincts compel them to assist. They will take them in and care for them like the social toddlers that they are, but the outsiders will always betray them and take advantage of them because that is their nature. The jews know of this weakness of White women and use it to continually flood Western countries with people who are incapable of fully participating in a White culture.

They dont have a frontal lobe that is fully developed like us whites.

I think there are some that have it, but it's chronically lacking overall. Honestly, I'm a white man that doesn't have much empathy. I tend to work with knowledge and sympathy. I actually used to have empathy as a kid, but once I grew up, I became a testosterone monster (probably below average in T overall since 50% of people are below average, but I mean as a teen you have a huge influx of T that wasn't there before). I don't tend to do harmful things to people, because I know it will hurt them. I don't like hurting people in most cases. I don't empathize. It's not really based in, "I know how you feel" but it's based in knowing it's negative/harmful and not liking that.

There is the honesty/morality dimension to people, and the Chinese are lacking honesty and morality.

Family upbringing, morals, ethics, values.

Codes in DNA for brain development. Certain portion of the brain is the center for empathy. Those with smaller portions give less fucks about empathy. Probably one of our weaknesses is that Whites have high empathy. Probably a strength without jews using it to their advantages.

When you come from a place where people get their heads cut off for doing the "wrong" thing, like go into a certain territory, banging the wrong chick, or whatever. Endure this on a daily basis for generations, and you too, will give zero fucks.

My late ex was raised in a shithole 3rd world country. She had stories. There was a place where she was from, the Muslims controlled it. You had to cross a bridge to get in there. If you ever look over the bridge, to the bottom. Well, that's where they dispose of the bodies. Lots of them, missing their heads.
