So you've posted that stupid green text here 20 times and now you're an expert on iodine deficiency. You know which supplemental iodine sources cut it and which don't. You know fluoride and boron compete for uptake. You know all the ways not getting enough iodine is fucking us up.

Ok.

How do you know if your iodine supplementation has actually succeeded in raising your levels to the ideal range? Does it go beyond just "I feel better"? Is anyone actually getting lab work done? And, if so, what labs?

I just have to know if I'm getting enough iodine.

Nips intake ~10x 2 drops worth of Iodine ...

4chan. Nice research moron.

Japs injest 1,000-3,000 micrograms daily but they've evolved to handle it. The majority comes from seaweed seasoning, with some from seafood.

That's 1 drop of 2% iodine daily (2,500 mcg), assuming you are a jap and it's your ONLY source of dietary iodine, not 20 drops. Your number is literally 20 times too high for the japanese.

Fail gradeschool math? Can't read? Are you twenty people living in Japan?

No?

Then you don't need that much fucking iodine.

Where is the real anticlutch?

I live in Japan. Japanese normal diet is rice, fish, sea weed (nori), green tea, bread, and normally some western food thrown in there now. I'm curious where the extra iodine comes from..... seriously. My guess is the seafood (especially sea weed).

No way it's as high as what's been said though.

Seafood and seaweed are high in iodine. So are Japanese clams. You must spread them then eat the raw clam for 3 minutes. After your best girl sings you can stop and you get your daily iodine intake. Beware, to much iodine will knock you out then you will appear in another world as a half orc baby.

Nori, wakame and kombu contain a metric fuckton of iodine.

No, I just don't give a fuck. I'm also not about to trust the US government for my dietary guidelines. Are you going to tell me that carbs are healthy? Gonna say (((bitcoin))) is anonymous and secure?? A cuckchan user is far more trustworthy than the US government by the way, so there's that.

not 20 drops. Your number is literally 10 times too high for the Japanese.

So nips take 10x 2 drops, so 20 drops for them. You claim they totally evolved to handle it. They're also tiny, shit metabolisms and sedentary. So if nips take 20 drops and I take 4, how is what I take "literally 10 times too high for the Japanese."? And you claim I fail gradeschool math? You're an obvious jew, with obvious pilpul, can't even into basic English and are pushing retardation again.

Where is the real Anticlutch?

Actual newkike user that has no clue who I am, thinks I'm not Anticlutch because a couple of jews on poal started attacking me. Don't care.

A few years ago I took Lugol's 10% daily at a high number of drops. It's totally safe.

I remember looking up what overdosing on iodine was and the nr. of drops was ... a couple hundred of drops or more.

You're very safe to take 1-3 drops a day long term. I used to add one drop to 6 liters of drinking water for my family. If it didn't change the taste so much, I'd add 10 drops (daily drinking water)

water

I also drink over 1.5 gallons of water per day, as most males should. But the LD50 (lethal does for 50% of population rats) is;

Toxicity to Animals: Acute oral toxicity (LD50): 14000 mg/kg [Rat]. Chronic Effects on Humans: Causes damage to the following organs: thyroid. May cause damage to the following organs: blood, kidneys, liver, skin, eyes.

14,000 mg / kg. I'm pretty safe at 4 drops. If that even, a "drop" isn't a perfect measurement.

Right, but it's mostly set at 50 microliter (20 drops in one cc)
