Anyone ever do public speaking? I have to do it in a couple of weeks unfortunately but I hate it, have developed a full oh phobia. Fortunately I have some propranolol to stop me embarrassing myself in stage but not ideal.

Nothing else really phases me. I fear public speaking more than death. Weird.

People don't care about you, they care about the topic you will be speaking on.

Most people are idiots who got vaxxed and masked. Why worry yourself over what they might think about you so much that you must medicate yourself?
