Walk in like you are the worlds expert on what you are talking about. Pre-prep as much as possible. Don't memorize cards, know your talking points to the level that you can talk "to" someone not "at" them. You can still have que cards if you want but make them extremely simple like "Subject 1, Subject 2." Etc. Not a drawn out speech. If you read from cards/notes word for word it makes you sound robotic and disengaged.
If you mess up somewhere just pause for a moment to re-orient or remember the subject your are on or moving to and continue as if nothing happened.
No one wants to see you bomb. A lot of people feel like the audience is against them but there really is not much worse than the pain of watching someone crash when speaking.
If you have extreme anxiety you can consider taking a very low dose of valerian root 30-40 minutes before you have to speak. It can make you a bit tired though but it can help you keep from over stressing, and by very low I mean like 1/4 of what a proper dose would be (or less).
