Anyone ever do public speaking? I have to do it in a couple of weeks unfortunately but I hate it, have developed a full oh phobia. Fortunately I have some propranolol to stop me embarrassing myself in stage but not ideal.

Nothing else really phases me. I fear public speaking more than death. Weird.

If it is a situation where someone can volunteer to go first, go first. Then you don't have to sit through all the other presentations while the dread continues to build.
