My fellow Poalers w/sub-par vision: where do you get your prescription eye wear?

The place I normally go to bought out and changed, not interested in the new place. I've heard the little outlets in Costco are well priced and decent places. I have also seem a half-dozen or so online shops peddling their wares.

What say you?

I use Zenni because my prescription is insane and they are more affordable than the optometrist. So far, I've had no issues and I think I've been using their glasses with a prescription from my optometrist for at least 10 years. You can ask for the OD number. My guy has never even questioned it. If he did, I'd just say it was for setting up my VR headset ;)

My eye doctor gave me the OD number, too. A number of people told me they had a hard time getting the info, however.
