I've never used either before and I need to go to the airport in a week. The cost doesn't seem too ridiculous but from what I'm reading the first cost is an estimate and might not actually be what I'm going to pay. I'd like to set up a timed pickup and it looks like I can. Would the cost be locked in if I set it up beforehand?

Call some regular cab companies and ask if they can provide flat rates.

That's an idea. Although the cab companies were my father lives are atrocious and usually driven by horrible people.
