So this is new for me since I moved last year. I drive down then up a mountain to buy my summertime tucking swimsuits from the big box stores.

Off the top of my head, I’d estimate 65% of drivers blind me at night. I don’t even turn my brights on to see, and I’m sure I don’t have the best night vision. We have deer, bears, rabbits, possum, etc, but at 55 mph, I don’t think my brights would help much anyway.

So, are these people just saying fuck everyone else, or is it genuine forgetfulness?

Although it's unfathomable I've met people actually stupid / immoral enough to do things like just leave them on. They're the breakfast question kind of people and they don't just pass for normal 99% of the time, people actually like them more than smart people with morals even when they're destroying their lives like an ignored festering and growing wound.
