Depends. Do you let them define you, or do you let others define you by them? In many cultures, the strength of a man (or his family, clan, tribe, nation, etc.) is defined by how powerful their enemies are. "He/They must be absolute badasses, otherwise how could they possibly survive?"

I try to learn something new each day. This is something I've done since I can remember. I have a passion for knowledge. A mind wasted is a life wasted. The more I learn the better I become. I've grown much more at peace within from my studies. Knowledge doesn't always come from a book. The day I can no longer learn anything will be when I wish to die. Alzheimer's or becoming an invalid literally scares the fuck out of me.

Listerine in a spray bottle works well but once it spreads to my eyes / ears I need to take doxy immediately.

I had that for years. I think it started with allergies and staff germ. The staff never really gets wiped out of your system, and as soon as you get inflammation it jumps on again. That is what I figured out that helped me get rid of it. I feel for ya. It sucks.
