I dunno man, I’ve had crows on knock over garbage cans and spread all of my garbage down the driveway. They can be total ass holes without any instigation. I’ve been feeding them for years when I see them, so it’s not like I’ve been picking a fight. I think they can be like humans… some of them are just assholes and deserve a bullet.

ok, no worries....its been my experience that they don't fuck with people unless provoked...did you just move into your current house? It could have been the previous tenant. If not....start leaving food and shiny stuff out for a few weeks, they should calm down and see your not a problem to them... Also don't act aggressive around them, they are usually kool as fuck. Its weird that they would single you out and do shit like that...

Unless you have some real ass on a .177, don't use it. It's cruel. Use a .22 pellet rifle (or better) and use pellets. Likewise, make sure it has some ass behind it too.

This can include shitting all over the place, attack you when you exit your house, calling in others to do the same, or even steal and pilfer stuff from around your house. They can be very cool birds or super assholes.

Air rifle? Use 22 cal. You can trap them, look it up. It's kinda complicated and there's different ways. Some more reliable than others. I've always just used the larger bird shots in a 12 gauge. No matter what you choose, they are a PITA to kill. Use a blind- shoot from cover. Populated area: make sure you have a backstop. Not all air rifles are created equally. You'll want to make sure if you miss the bird, something will stop the round. Good luck with em. And don't shoot your eye out.
