Gynecology. Need to study more gynecology.
Welding. I can fake it, but want to actually take a few professional courses in it.

I want to learn more about actual true organic homestead/compound farming. I have a pretty green thumb but that's just with somewhat large backyard gardening. There would be some growing pains achieving self-reliance.
Edit: I've bought a few books but haven't read them yet. Don't own land ¯_(ツ)_/¯

There's a guy named Richard Perkins who wrote a massive book on the process. If you're too lazy to read, he has hundreds of videos on YouTube. He seems to have put more science into organic and regenerative farming than most other people.
Thanks for the reference. Not too lazy to read. The subject hasn't been pertinent to my situation yet. In anticipation I have already purchased some books I think may be helpful.

You should check out the secret sun blog.

Ants. I want to learn about ant colonies. Not like reading an article and watching a documentary (though those are awesome). I want to read like the defining book all about ants. But I don't think anyone has written it, yet.
Orchestration for a symphony, Chinese, Japanese, Finnish.
Probably creating music with fl studio. I don't have a music background, so I'm not confident in my abilities, but it's fun to play around with.
