When I start to get angry
When I start to lose focus
I'll start to sweat when I shouldn't
I feel physically sick, and sometimes do get sick
When I lose sleep over the matter repeatedly
I want to try to spend my way out of the feeling
When I notice I am constantly trying to avoid the matter
I get teared up when thinking about it
