They will probably blow up the FBI building, now that all their shenanigans are being exposed, they'll need a way to destroy all of the evidence that isn't quite as obvious as backing up a fleet of shredder trucks.
These kind of events are always dual purpose, the outer purpose to elicit an emotional reaction from the population, and the inner purpose to clean up and prevent the exposure of information that would irrefutably incriminate those behind it.
