It's not.
You don't have to register a car you drive around on your own property. It's just a requirement for you to drive on public property because of the obvious liabilities of driving around. Most people are fine registering and requiring people to have insurance, because getting hit by someone without insurance sucks really really bad. Ask someone it's happened to they'll tell you your an idiot for even making a 4th amendment argument about registering and insuring cars.
we the people have a constitutional right to travel by the conveyance of the day
This is a good argument again License Plate Readers which the city and county regimes are pushing as a means to "apprehend stolen vehicles". Pretty soon it will be "It will save six gorrillion children every year". OTOH, the states "grant you the privilege" of operating a motor vehicle on publiclly-funded motorways. And further require "operators" to possess the "necessary skills for safe operation of motor vehicles". Passing the examination for a Driving License demonstrates that you have those "necessary skills" LOL
Technically speaking one has NO right to walk without a license in public. If you get apprehended without an ID, you technically commited a crime
That's a good point to make. "Quickly Citizen! Your Papers!!!"
They are tracking the car, which has no 4A. You can always bum a ride with others, bike or walk. Your dog has no 4A either.
'many a slips btw a cup and a lip'. Soon you'll get ai tickets for not wearing your seatbelt thru intersections.
Because the law hasn't caught up with the technology yet. And because it favors the government, is going to be a long time coming.
How long did it take you to think of something so trivial to be upset about?
