I'm not super sensitive to the sun but I will burn if I'm out all day without protecting my skin.

Depends where you are.

Florida: stay inside and forget it

Washington: boonie hat and long sleeves

Kansas: dust

Hawaii: run for your life the volcano is going off

Actually I've spent weeks at the literal equator without sunblock without any problems. It's a giant scam imho

I also have differing tolerances to the sun depending on where I am. I can get sunburn in a North Dakota winter (probably an Alaskan winter during the months the sun doesn't rise). Florida, I had better be putting on some lotion every half an hour or I am fucked. Hawaii, I can stay out in the sun and water all day with no lotion and all I do is tan.

Would the Delta be more like Florida or Kansas?

Olive or coconut oil, but it gives low protection compared to jewscreen.

Most 'spf shirts' are synthetic blends. Be aware that if not 100% cotton, xenoestrogens will be released into your body with higher levels detected during heated work out sessions or time in the sun. It's may be negligible amount, but still something to be aware of.

Skin cancer rates in Connecticut increased by 2000% across all age groups since 1950 and the invention of sunscreen. Cancer is metabolic not genetic in origin, the sun doesn't cause cancer, it is an inability to repair DNA damage caused by metabolic disease which leads to cancer. In other words, enjoy the sun, just don't burn, and stop eating modern foods.

Ever heard of sun-resistant clothing? They differ from regular clothes in that they exist specifically to absorb UV
