I thank the creator for life, for family, health, peace and abundace, and ask him for even more peace and love in the world.

I pray for the well-being of all children, then the strength of my country, then my loved ones.

I've also learned lately to pray for my own strength and will. One can't possibly help people priperly without at least somewhat taking care of themselves.
