I just read where it is being considered that a mission to Mars will have an all female crew. What could go wrong? What are they going to do if something needs to be repaired? What if garbage needs to be taken out? But most of all, how could the mission succeed when they are all refusing to speak to each other?

Selecting anyone or groups of people based on the race or gender will end in failure. Select based on skill and merit and physical ability to complete the job.
