They both are from the Tenderloin, but the Wellington one has more flavor, thanks to the ham, mushroom jam and goose liver paté.

It's not hard to make your own, but it takes a lot of time to prepare and cook it.

Yeah, I wouldn't try it, but will get it next time I'm at a good steakhouse (if they even serve it, seems hard to even find prime rib anymore).
